This product may be great for all I know. EASY TO INSTALL NO. . . . . I’m not a mechanical technique and is not my son or husband. Although we were told it was easy, was not. . . . Therefore could not use it, and the loss of my money. He was sent on time and in good shape, but let’s not forget that I ruined my Apple warranty for removal myself. . . . UGH. . . . Rating: 1 / 5

The screen is very difficult to replace in the iPhone. The tools provided in this game were made of cheap plastic that basically broke apart while I was trying to open the phone. There are other tools as well so I ended up having to go to the store to buy more tools and spend more money. At the end of all this, the screen was just replaced, the wiring was all messed up and the LCD screen had permanent damage. If you’re buying this kit to replace the screen yourself DO NOT! You just end up having to buy a brand new phone as I did. If you buy this for a “professional” (not Apple Store will do it for you and you have to find a random guy who claims to know what you are doing) good luck with that! You are better off writing a letter to Apple letting them know they need to re-make the iPhone more durable screens! Rating: 2 / 5

After 1 month, he noticed a scratch on the screen. These are not supposed to scratches. (Or at least the original iPhone does not scratch easily) After more than 1 year in the original screen, not a single scratch, a month with this replacement and scratched. (Ouch) Everything else was fine, the installation was simple, it worked as advertised (with the exception of quality glassware.) Rating: 1 / 5

Hello everyone, Unfortunately I could not use my iPhone after I made this substitution. . . once I did, immediately took the iTunes icon with the USB cable that connects the image, which requires restoration software, but once I try to do: a message box appears saying: “The iPhone” iPhone ” can not be restored. An unknown error occurred (28). “unsuccesfully I have tried various methods to work: Install the latest version of iTunes.Reinicie the PC and then from another PC.Crear iPhone intentarlo.Restaurar a new administrator account and restoring from allí.Modo DFU.Downgrade to version 2. 2. 1.Nada worked. The issue is what is said, however, after purchasing, I realized that is not the appropriate “attachment” on the back to only be changed by the former. It is missing several critical pieces of plastic that go around the hole in the bottom (for the button) and at the top. Without those pieces, can not be used. It is exactly what appears in the picture, a piece of glass with some black on the top and bottom and a couple of cuts. . . That’s it. There is nothing in all of them with the cup. . other parts do not exist (so basically, there is no way to attach it as is). Moreover, the instructions are supposed to come with it is actually a card that says you find online instructions, and the plastic tools are not very large. . . the ends to break. Just use caution and make sure this is really what you need. Rating: 1 / 5
