Bought this about a year ago, as our office has no direct window to the street so that the signal is weak for everyone, including people with Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, AT & T and so on. ZBoost selected and was told that is good to all phones different company. Read a good review in the NY Times and decided to go for ello.He tried every way possible only on the instructions, called the support, returned it twice, but nothing works. It just said our signal is too weak to drive. But if I can get the signal leaning over the windows, not this thing be able to increase? Is not that what we need for this thing?? If you can not increase or strengthen a weak signal that is a total piece of junk! I spent $ 400 for a plastic stick and a pile of useless cables. DO NOT BUY THIS For God’s sake! Rating: 1 / 5

We live in a remote place and have no phone in our house covererage. Our cellular coverage begins about 1 mile from our house. This product has not received helped us cellular coverage at home. Bummer. Rating: 1 / 5
