    you dont really address what to do when, after entering incoming server settings, if it STILL says “username or password incorrect” when they arent……..

    its different for htc incredible, the port number is 993 or something like that

    sweet. im gettin my droid soon, and im going to use this to setup for my comcast email (bleh i know, but its the one i’ve had since like 2001) and with the settings it looks like i can with POP3.

    is there a way to set it up so that it only downloads the message but leaves a copy on the server so when i get home to check my email it downloads it?

    This works for the Eris, too….a few things look a little differently but the basics are there! THANK YOU!!!!
