This guy is a ri-tard. Learn what the phone can actually do before you bash it in a comparison test…

its funny how the charge they show is a doller and some of the lower class sway away from this as from me i dont care if my phone cost 500 month

i agree the droid is more leet than the blackberry, iphone’s i mean the iphone might have a better touch screen but at least the droid doesnt cost 500-700$ like the iphone does

I absolutely love my Storm 2.

However the droid is a better phone, this is fact. Especailly when talking apps (BB App World Is overpriced TRASH)

However my decision was made on past experiences of low quality and low durability of Motorola phones.

    Side Note:
You can change the number of home screen icons. BB Button then options from home screen

people are talking about how the Droids browser is faster than Storm2’s but all you have to do is switch of javascript and download a new browser like Opera mini or something and the Storm 2 ’s browser speed is going to be just as fast as Droids if not faster

Jon, man, the “checker” pattern on the browser DOES NOT MATTER. A lot of people people feel that way, so I’d recommend NOT putting such a heavy emphasis on it. Although, I would have to say that the Droid is the best smartphone on the market right now, second being the N1, third being, well, a long tie between the Storm2/3GS/HD2/Galaxy S.

To all those saying the opera browser is making the storm2 browser better than the droid’s:

The opera mini browser is now available for android LOL, try comparing the droid opera vs. BB opera…. Droid ftw lol

how about you cover the sound quality you’re listeners will get…don’t forget these are phones and it’s the most important feature yet you fail to cover it. the voice quality that your listeners will hear when you talk to them on the droid is terrible and you don’t even mention this.

@TheMexicaNigga I just hate the ball….touch is more natural if its done right. The Storms are horrible. About the only thing on the market worth using is the iPhone and Motorola Droid or maybe the Nexus One. Not sure on the Nexus haven’t seen one to try. Sucks you can only get them from Google to my understanding.

@fraserna1 Can’t set a proxy for wifi that I was able to find, Can’t sync exchange calendars, multiple versions of the OS and phones causing issues for developers to support. Feels like Windows all over again with hardware issues and drivers. Lag on the Droid, not sure about the Nexus. Not as easy to use as an iphone.

@cashxx thats because Apple’s store has had just a wee bit more time to expand, but the Android Market is growing exponentially. 9000+ new apps last month. How is the OS incomplete? Seems pretty damn complete to me.

i recently got the droid in january and i have to say its ridiculous. havent had any problems with it yet.. and you get used to the keyboard and i can type as fast as i did on my voyager with the droid. not to mention the countless updates for it and also can be hacked to have multitouch for the browser and also have 5 or 7 home screens.. best phone ive had so far

Two different phones. The Droid is sick all aound.. The storm is good for corporate America. I have had both. I believe the Droid is the way to go for all around completeness.
