I have used Plantronics headsets for probably 50 years. Initially running in flight for air to contact the ocean floor and later with the ham radio. I bought the MX203-X! Mobile handset to test and it worked so well that I bought several more to give to my family to use. Recommend without reservation. Rating: 1 / 5

The headset is a replacement for the one I always liked. Unfortunately, two weeks after receiving my company upgraded our ammunition and now I need one with a 3. 5 mm. The one I bought does not fit. Rating: 5 / 5

The price was right, the article was exactly what was supposed to be, and it works as expected. Now, here’s the bad part. I ordered 3 of them. One was submitted. We contacted Amazon, who said he was a salesman for third and had nothing to do with it! (Gee. .. Aside from having them available on its website!). We contacted the seller and explained the problem, which were much less than professional (he seemed to run the business from his garage). They said they would be sent to the two items missing. Within a couple of days we received another package from them. Was the lack two headsets? I think not. There was a single car adapter, and not one that works with any of our phones. Again, another call to the seller. Three days later. . . other packages. THIS time the other two pieces actually made here. They had asked us to return our adapter cluttered with OUR money! We refuse. Oddly enough, we live about half a block from a Sprint store and would have been extremely fast just to walk over there and bought these for about $ 10 more each. I saved $ 30 but was a pain in the ass. I would not recommend this vendor. And shame on Amazon for washing their hands of any responsibility. Rating: 3 / 5

Good Buy. I was looking to reduce the amount of time I have a cell phone stuck to the side of my head because of the safety and comfort. This product is great. It is affordable and everyone calls me hear me perfectly and I can listen. It’s nice not having to hold the phone all the time. Highly recommended. Rating: 4 / 5

The whole head is large. People can hear clearly, and I have no problem hearing them. I love it. Rating: 5 / 5
