We bought this dryer as a set March 29, 2009. June 25, 2009: The dryer is not with your head down and F5. We contacted Samsung and started a ticket. We were told that there was no available service center will be forwarded to the office of the “back” and within 5 days to be unsupported. I called again the following week and told him to mismo.Llamé True Value store where you bought the combo and they said they were authorized to service this product. Samsung True Value called ASC (Authorized Service Center) for help and reference numbers are required for the repair. The parties were in pre-order. It is now July 15, 2009 and the parties continue in order again. I called 38 times to Samsung without resolution. Samsung said it struck me because the warranty was not an ASC ASC. Samsung decided it was not true and have reinstated my warranty. Samsung closed my ticket and said it was complete because the parties were in pre-order and when we receive the parts of the dryer is fixed. Samsung decided it was not true and have reopened my support ticket. THANK GOD FOR Discover. Called discovery and said it was unacceptable and gave us credit ($ 1,800) for the combined and have decided to seek reimbursement from Samsung. HA! Now, I’m not saying do not buy Samsung, just said “Do not say you were not warned.” Never, never, never buy Samsung again. I hope I saved someone’s pain a month without a dryer and a severe headache. I recently purchased this television, and I must say that I would have expected you rather for LED versions to become a little cheaper. they are. My recommendation for anyone about to buy this TV is to wait and buy an LED superbowl for the discount. Rating: 3 / 5

I received my brand new Samsung, the other day. The audio and video is out of sync, playing in what it loses power and crashes. So I ask Samsung to replace it. They said no, that will fix it. Yes, they want to take a brand known TV and repair it. That would make my new TV TV renovated. So I asked if I could get a refund of, say, $ 200. 00 to 300 dollars. 00 and paying a price refurbished, said no. These people are criminals and are not willing to work with you. It’s like buying a TV from someone’s car trunk. Go with Sony. They’re going to have a faulty television. I called and asked.
