Sanyo camera keeps saying Connecting Fail! everytime i try to get it to connect to my computer?

I have a sanyo VPC-S670 6 Mega pixel digital camera and everytime i connect to my computer or try to it goes “processing” then “connecting fail!” i checked the USB settings and they are fine, how can i fix this?

try getting your camera repaired. It’s the only effective way. If you’re trying to get your images onto the computer, it’s recommended if you just use the cards itself, rather than use a usb.
